Our virtual IT Department service offers all the benefits of having a full time IT Department, without the expense of the wages and equipment.

Hourly / Daily Support

Our technical support staff are available to assist you with any IT related issues from 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Our competitive rates are open to all customers. Our aim is to fix a service request as fast as possible whilst saving you money, and maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels. All our hourly rates are capped at our standard daily rate so you know that you are getting the best value for money.

We can normally be at your site on the same day if you need us!

Our standard rates are as follows :

Standard hourly rate - £50 + vat
- Remote / Telephone support is charged per half an hour
- No Call Out Fee
- Onsite support is charged per hour
- Onsite support is capped at the daily rate
Daily rate - £300 + vat
- No Call Out Fee
- Multiple issues can be resolved in one visit
- New server / network installation is normally charged at the daily rate
